Arshad Nadeem

The Khaneweal born javelin thrower is yet another Pakistani athlete making Pakistan proud at the top level. The 23 year old was the sole representative from Pakistan at the 2019 World Athletics Championships, and here he achieved a personal best of and national record of 81.52m. Arshad had a similar 2018 where he at the time set a personal best of 80.45m at the Commonwealth games in Australia. Just a few months after this, he beat his personal best once again registering a throw at 80.75 indicating he is a hard worker, and someone who is improving all the time. This took place at the Asian games which were held in Indonesia and Arshad finished with the Bronze medal
